Job Description
- Req#: 97849
- Day-to-day contact for creative and content briefs, with full responsibility for adherence to deadlines, budget and content is fit for purpose
- End- to end project management of dunhill marketing campaigns, overseeing all in-house teams to ensure seamless campaign delivery across asset production and cross-channel marketing plans
- Definition of creative project SOW and milestones in line with wider business objectives and department budget
- Management of project critical paths for key marketing activation and creative content projects / initiatives to ensure deadlines are met and work is approved
- Manage weekly / monthly updates to the dunhill brand and content calendar, and work with key stakeholders to plan, effectively communicate and execute
- Allocation and management of content and production team resource and time with regular progress/status tracking of individual projects and group briefs
- Own budget management and PO raising for campaign, media, and partnership activity
- Deliver campaign analysis, insights, and recommendations to optimise performance of campaigns
- Previous experience within an equivalent project management role
- Thorough understanding and experience in end-to-end campaign and critical path management
- Exceptional attention to detail and communication with varied departments and teams
- Detail-orientated and deadline driven with the ability to multi-task
- Adaptable to changes in prioritisation
- Proven problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively and offer positive and solution-orientated input

A pivotal new-to-business roll within the Marketing Communications and Creative Content department at dunhill. The Marketing and Creative Project manager will act as a linchpin across all projects assessing, aggregating requirements, and ultimately delivering cross department needs in relation to various key projects and campaigns.
