- Marketing Outreach:
- Circulate information through bulletin boards, flyers, newsletters, and other channels to promote leasing events, renewal activities, and community awareness initiatives.
- Conduct awareness campaigns on various school campuses and engage with student organizations
- Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute tabling events on the USC campus.
- Ensure all logistics, including permits, space reservations, and necessary materials, are well-organized before each event
- Meet with prospective tenants in the USC area to showcase available properties.
- Provide detailed information on bedrooms, neighborhoods, and the apartment rental process during property tours.
- Serve as an expert advisor, addressing client questions and continuously seeking ways to enhance the tour experience
- Successfully execute community-wide activities.
- Encourage resident participation in both community and university-sponsored events.
- Assist in planning and executing residents events, including set-up, break-down, and storage of event supplies.
- Provide a final debrief on the success of events, offering insights for improvement.
- Understand, support, and enforce community lease policies while delivering unparalleled customer service.
- Maintain respect for residents and act as a liaison between residents and management.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proactive and able to work independently as well as part of a team.Knowledge of campus and community resources for effective student referrals.
- Ability to adapt to a flexible schedule, including weekend shifts
- Additional Requirements: Must have access to a reliable and presentable vehicle.
- Possess a valid driver's license and insurance.
- Work a part-time schedule with full shifts on Saturday and Sunday (9:30am-6:30pm).
