9-5 Monday through Friday in the Summer. Flexible in the Spring, but primarily the work is done on weekends and is part-time.

We are looking for motivated, hard-working students to become Sales Interns/Division Managers. The position will require you to design and implement marketing strategies, design and implement sales strategies, and manage all aspects of the production of pressure washing and deck staining jobs for 75+ clients over the course of a summer. You will be thoroughly trained in all aspects of the business. No experience is necessary. This is a rewarding opportunity for students to learn about business but it will be challenging. This position pays approximately $26 per hour in a mixture of commissions, wages, and bonuses.

Day-to-day job operations would include:

• Estimating houses for pressure washing services
• Negotiating and closing deals
• Managing pressure-washing projects
• Online and door-to-door marketing
• Management of 1 to 3 employees
• Collecting client checks

No experience is necessary in sales, marketing, or management. We provide comprehensive training on all aspects of the job within the first 4 weeks of employment. We are looking for hardworking and self-motivated students with a desire to learn and grow the business.
