      We are looking for a Marketing & Operations Director in any of our European Sites. In this role you will

      oversees the strategic development and execution of marketing campaigns while ensuring efficient

      operational processes to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction. You will align

      marketing goals with organizational objectives and streamline operational workflows for optimal

      performance. This role is incharge of the GEM market and the 6 clusters included here. In this role, a typical day will include:

      • Responsible for overall strategies adaptation and implementation in Export Markets. Interfacing with IMG and partnership managers with the help of product managers. Liaises with L&C, GEMCo, pricing and training to ensure smooth preparation and execution in the markets with partners. Responsible to deliver market share, revenue ensuring right investment on key strategies. Oversees business' sales practices, which includes developing strategies, and objectives.
      • Provides insight and boost priorities execution by understanding customer and competitive situation in indirect markets. Engages in developing value proposition and product differentiation, while optimizing business goals and constraints.
      • Challenges and coaches the partnership managers to guide investment of partners toward key priorities and strategic products.
      • Responsible of the growth % generated from the main 3 priorities
      • Manages the commercial team trainings from internal and partners to drive the optimal execution of the strategies
      • Leads the HCP Education actions to maintain the high level of engagement and commitment to strategic portfolio
      • Usually possesses a mix of technical & business skills and achieves business results through multi-function collaboration

      What you’ll bring to Alcon:

      • Bachelor’s Degree and 10-15 years of relevant experience
      • Experience in a medical device company is a must, Opthamology experience is a plus
      • Commerical sales experience, Marketing knowledge & experience as well as an operational mindset
      • Fluent English, other languages beneficial
      • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence strongly across cross-functional teams.
