- Take ownership of smaller projects to support both the marketing and sales departments
- Provide day-to-day support, including handling inquiries and managing documentation
- Assist in portfolio management through data analysis and reporting
- Coordinate tasks across different categories and departments
- Support both the Sales and Marketing leadership with administrative and organizational duties
- Completed bachelor’s degree or equivalent education in business or a related field
- first experience of relevant professional experience, ideally in an administrative or assistant role
- Excellent command of German and English, both written and spoken
- Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Teams); experience with SAP or similar systems is a plus
