The Marketing & Social Media Manager needs to be articulate, inventive, and outgoing. They are a true professional who can capture a moment in time and share it with the world in a branded, motivating and fun way. They are meticulous when it comes to creating content, speaking with clients, and representing the venue. They are obsessive about the tiniest things. They will do anything for a guest or coworker and they take pride in showcasing our world-class atmosphere each and every day.

What You Do:
● Collaborate with venue leadership and owners to uncover insights and opportunities for developing marketing and branding strategies based on growth goals.
● Understand key performance metrics and tracking tools for market research, forecasts, competitor analysis, campaign results, and consumer trends, and translate results into actionable insights and tactics for the marketing team.
● Oversee and manage paid and organic social media strategies, execution, implementation and reporting.
● Identify, strategize, develop and implement all digital marketing initiatives including SEO/SEM, geofencing, email, text marketing and more to extend branding across the digital landscape, locally and beyond.
● Identify, strategize, develop and implement all internal marketing initiatives including the venue website, collateral, menus, signage, etc.
● Identify, strategize, develop and implement brand reputation initiatives including public relations efforts, crisis communications, internal communications and more.
● Establish, build and maintain relationships with partners, vendors, influencers and other collaborations.
● Drive the implementation of marketing campaigns that meet business objectives and driving leads.
● Manage all marketing strategies to effectively and successfully promote all public events, driving ticket sales, event participation and engagement and more.
● Oversee short-term and long-term public event ideation, planning and execution.
● Collaborate on annual strategic public event calendar, optimizing on local and current events to ensure successful events throughout the year.
● Monitor competitor public events and identify opportunities for new events, promotions or specials to increase event attendance, popularity and sales.
● Prepares Group/wholesale contracts and assists in creating banquet event orders.
Physical Demands:
Frequently stands, walks, talks and listens. Regularly uses hands, reaches with hands and arms. Occasionally sits, climbs, balances, stoops, kneels, crawls, crouches, taste or smells. Frequently lifts up to 25 pounds and occasionally lifts up to 50 pounds.
Environment/Noise:
Occasionally works in extreme heat, wet or humid conditions (non-weather). Occasionally works in outdoor weather conditions. Noise level is moderate.
Preferred Requirements:
● Strong organizational skills
● 1-3 years of previous marketing experience required
● Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field required
● Expertise with Adobe studios, Mailchimp, Social Media Platforms, Digital Platforms, etc.
● Creative expertise with developing and presenting social media messages across all primary social media platforms including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn and YouTube
● Excellent written and verbal skills – for communicating complex ideas effectively andprofessionally. Strong command of English language, while understanding advertising and marketing practices.
● Sales experience
