- Lead the creative direction for marketing materials, ensuring a consistent visual identity across brands.
- Design and oversee production of assets for print, digital, product packaging, trade shows, and sales presentations.
- Ensure brand standards are upheld across all creative executions.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and sales teams to translate business objectives into effective visual content.
- Manage marketing requests, prioritize workloads, and streamline creative workflows.
- Oversee and direct external freelancers, agencies, and vendors to ensure deadlines, quality, and budget alignment.
- Evaluate creative performance and refine designs based on feedback and analytics.
- Stay ahead of design trends and best practices to enhance brand positioning and audience engagement.
- Five or more years of experience in art direction, graphic design, or a related field, preferably in healthcare, medtech, or B2B industries.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other design tools.
- Experience designing for both print and digital platforms, including product packaging, presentations, and marketing collateral.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Experience managing freelancers, agencies, and vendors.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to convey design rationale to stakeholders.
- Attention to detail, typography, and visual storytelling.
- Experience in healthcare or technology industries is a plus.
