      WHAT YOU'LL DO

      As our Marketing Assistant, we’ll look to you to support our Marketing Team in a variety of ways. This includes working in our helpdesk ticketing software, creating, scheduling and reviewing content calendars for multiple social media pages, keeping our marketing production printers running consistently and efficiently, cutting, preparing, and collating marketing materials, and shipping them to our branch locations. You must be able to lift 50-75 lbs. and be very detail oriented to ensure the quality is consistent on all our print materials. To be successful in this role you’ll need excellent organizational skills as you work with various teams inside the Marketing Department.


      RESPONSIBILITIES

      • Manage incoming marketing requests that come into the department in our helpdesk software and assign them to the appropriate team
      • Create and schedule social media content for various social media pages and platforms
      • Analyze proposed social media content for accuracy
      • Assist in the execution of print orders to desired specifications and ship those orders as needed.
      • Ability to cover many projects at the same time, often with tight deadlines.
      • Prioritize work assignments based on deadlines, overall workload, and machine capability.
      • Perform minor repairs and routine equipment maintenance including troubleshoot any printer issues that arise.
      • Replace ink, paper, toner, labels, and additional printing materials as they run out.
      • Outstanding level of professionalism, customer service and attention to detail.

      Requirements

      • High School Diploma required. Entry level experience.
      • Strong understanding of Microsoft Suite.
      • Project or program-oriented pace.
      • Results oriented work ethic, self-starter, ability to understand and convey, integrity.
      • Strong time project management and organizational skills, outstanding level of professionalism, customer service and attention to detail.
      • Ability to stand for long periods of time and be able to lift 50-75 lbs.
      • In order to succeed in this position, creativity, attention to detail and managing multiple priorities amidst a fast-changing environment.
      • Printing/press experience. RICOH press operation experience a plus.
