Job Description

- Assisting with maintaining event websites and updating them with relevant information to keep them up-to-date
- Helping with the creation of digital assets to raise awareness of our events and encourage attendance
- Updating weekly visitor/attendance and other key stats and sharing with internal stakeholders
- Being the marketing point of liaison with event executives to ensure relevant exhibitor information is shared and updated correctly
- Assisting with the organisation of media partnerships with external and internal companies and ensuring that key deadlines are met
- Being a key part of the onsite events team and contributing to a first-class visitor and exhibitor experience
- Flexibility and the ability to multi-task

MARKETING ASSISTANT

Mark Allen is a growing media organisation, with 550 MAG-nificent individuals to date and we are recruiting a Marketing Assistant to join our growing events team in our Herne Hill office.This is a hybrid role, temp to perm. 3 days in the office, with a starting salary of up to £25,000 . We will provide on-the-job training where required so you feel fully supported.
You will assist the MA Exhibitions marketing team to create and execute successful marketing campaigns that will help us achieve our targets of visitors, paying delegates and lead generation for overall commercial event success.
