      SUMMARY:

      The Marketing Associate will assist the Director of Marketing with internal and external marketing and communications programs, social media presence, editing and proofreading, provides research and event assistance, and participates in internal and external marketing efforts as needed.

      PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

      Bachelor degree in Business with a minimum of two years in professional office setting required. Must have excellent organizational skills and be able to work with the public in a positive manner. Must be able to work independently and effectively to maintain organizational goals. Must have excellent computer skills particularly in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and other software.
      Must demonstrate excellent written and oral communication skills. Experience with social media and event planning preferred. Ideal candidate will be a creative, outgoing and enthusiastic self-starter with excellent organizational skills and the ability to work with the public and co-workers in a positive manner. Experience with basic office equipment and proficiency with English language required. Travel and a valid driver’s license and automobile insurance are required as indicated in the Lexington Clinic automobile insurance policy.

      PHYSICAL GUIDELINES:

      Physical guidelines include the ability to move, traverse, position self, remain in a stationary position and negotiate steps for up to eight hours per day; articulate speech.
