      Le stagiaire marketing aidera à la coordination et à l'exécution de nos programmes de fidélité pour nos bannières affiliées McKesson. Il travaillera en collaboration avec les équipes de marques et le studio graphique. Au-delà de ses capacités créatives, il devra être un excellent joueur d'équipe, méticuleux dans le souci du détail, bien organisé et motivé. Le candidat relèvera du responsable des activités de fidélités.

      Responsabilités:

      • Aider à l’exécution de tâches reliées aux programmes de fidélités

      • Rédaction de procédures et création de formations reliées aux programmes de fidélités

      • Exécuter des campagnes infolettre, média sociaux et développement de matériaux de point de vente

      • Rédaction de briefs au studio pour les projets de conception graphique

      • Rédiger des communications aux membres de la bannière ou aux consommateurs concernant les programmes de fidélités

      • Mesurer et analyser les performances des campagnes

      • Projets ad hoc

      Qualifications:

      • Être étudiant ou finissant en marketing, communication ou dans un domaine connexe

      • Forte capacité à gérer plusieurs projets simultanément

      • Bilingue : maîtrise du français et de l'anglais parlé et écrit

      • Maîtrise des différentes plateformes de médias sociaux et des outils d'analyse associés (habile avec les technologies) ;

      • Connaissance de :

      - Suite office (Word, Power Point, Excel,OneNote)
      - Facebook Business manager
      - Google Analytics
      - Outils de gestion de projet (Asana)

      Compétences et aptitudes:

      • Créativité et esprit d'initiative, capacité à proposer des idées

      • Bonnes compétences en communication et en collaboration

      • Capacité de prioriser et de faire preuve d’initiative

      • Rigueur et sens de l’organisation

      Position Summary:

      The Marketing Intern will assist in coordinating and executing our loyalty programs for our affiliated banners at McKesson. They will work collaboratively with brand teams and the graphic studio. In addition to their creative abilities, they must be an excellent team player, detail-oriented, well-organized, and motivated. The candidate will report to the Loyalty Activities Manager.


      Responsibilities:

      • Assist in executing tasks related to loyalty programs

      • Draft procedures and create training materials for loyalty programs

      • Execute email campaigns, social media activities, and develop point-of-sale materials

      • Write briefs to the studio for graphic design projects

      • Compose communications to banner members or consumers regarding loyalty programs

      • Measure and analyze campaign performance

      • Ad hoc projects


      Qualifications:

      • Student or recent graduate in marketing, communications, or a related field

      • Strong ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

      • Bilingual: fluency in spoken and written French and English

      • Proficient in various social media platforms and associated analytics tools (tech-savvy)

      • Knowledge of:

      - Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, OneNote)

      - Facebook Business Manager

      - Google Analytics

      - Project management tools (Asana)


      Skills and abilities:

      • Strong communication and collaboration skills

      • Ability to prioritize and show initiative
