      Your role at Baxter

      The Product Manager, PSS will be responsible for product and promotional management of products and solutions of Therapeutic Surfaces, Stretcher and safe patient handling portfolio within the PSS business group. This includes developing and managing marketing plans and promotional program, determining and monitoring the Return on Investment (ROI) of marketing and sales programs; data analytics; developing and implementing differentiated value propositions; determining the optimum pricing strategy; managing and executing product line maintenance and obsolescence activities; forecasting and market analyses; assist with Field Corrective Actions (FCA’s); and collaborating cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Business Operations, and Regulatory Affairs and Quality.

      What you'll be doing

      • Manage product lifecycle including SKU rationalization, pricing, identification of opportunities and threats, and competitive intelligence

      • Responsible for product training and support to the sales & inside sales teams and any distributor partners. Will serve as the subject-matter expert for this product portfolio

      • Work with marketing and cross-functional team members to execute and support key programs and initiatives including conferences, digital campaigns, sales material development etc.

      • Identify and recommend opportunities for the improvement of processes and performance

      • Work with internal partners to support RFPs and contract submissions

      • Analyze market research and trends, identify potential opportunities and threats, and gather competitive intelligence to develop differentiated positioning and strategies

      What you'll bring

      • Bachelor’s degree - Business, Engineering, Healthcare, Life Science

      • Two years

      • Marketing or relevant experience in Medical Devices

      • Experience in quantitative and analytical problem-solving skills

      • Ability to balance and lead multiple, competing priorities and projects

      • Strong written, verbal, and presentation communications skills with the ability to communicate confidently with customers and multiple external and internal stakeholders

      • Project management

      • Knowledge of Health Canada advertising regulations and guidelines

      • Excellent computer skills including, but not limited to Microsoft Office Suite and SalesForce.com

      • Ability to travel up to 15% of the time, including domestic and international

      Nice to have

      • Written and verbal fluency in French

      • Graphic design skills
