What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Serve as the primary point-of-contact for designated departments within the Marketing & Communications Department
- Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm and execute marketing campaigns
- Create and manage social media content and graphic design using Canva and Adobe Creative Suite
- Write and edit copy for emails and social media platforms
- Conduct market research and stay updated on marketing trends and emerging channels
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of three (3) years of progressive experience in marketing
- Experience in digital/social media content creation and management
- Proficiency in Canva and Adobe Creative Suite
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Ability to lift up to 15 pounds and travel to various facilities as needed
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with email marketing systems such as Mailchimp
- Background in video editing and production
- Familiarity with general writing and editing for various communication platforms
- Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
