Job Description
- Req#: REF15657V
- Working with Eloqua (Marketing Automation platform), Wordpress and AEM (our Web CMS);
- Building both one-off and automated/triggered always-on campaigns;
- Segmentation and profiling of customers and contacts;
- Contributing expertise to the design and development of campaign workflows by Marketers, ensuring the creation of executable Eloqua solutions;
- Developing email and landing page templates to optimize campaign performance;
- Creating and managing complex forms hosted in Eloqua landing pages (such as lead generating or progressive profiling forms);
- A/B testing and best-practice sharing;
- Providing frequent performance analysis and regular status reports and report on campaign key performance indicators.
- 3+ years´ of experience with email marketing, marketing automation, and inbound marketing;
- Fluency in English;
- Strong knowledge of marketing automation platforms and demonstrable hands-on experience with Oracle Eloqua implementations and CRM integrations;
- Experience in marketing automation/setting up nurture and content flows;
- Experience in list selection and processing (de-duping, managing opt-outs), campaign set-up testing, tracking/campaign analytics, and overall success management;
- Reporting experience & monitoring Good understanding of Web, CMS and related technologies;
- Working Marketing Automation skills ( with CRM & Marketing Automation platforms – such as Eloqua, HubSpot or Marketo, and SalesForce.com);
- Some knowledge with HTML & CSS (incl. responsive design);
- Desiderable: Eloqua Certification or some Eloqua training;
- Salesforce.com certification is a major plus;
- Strong email marketing background;
- Highly organized, good time management skills;
- Logical and technical thinker - likes to build processes and solve problems;
- Excellent attention to detail.
