      The role - Marketing Campaign Manager

      We’re looking for an experienced Marketing Campaign Manager to join our creative and ambitious team. You’ll help to build strong marketing plans across our Enterprise audiences to drive lead generation and to optimise in-life opportunities.

      We’re looking for an enthusiastic individual with strong communication skills and attention to detail. You’ll be supporting the Enterprise Senior Marketing Manager to create and manage an impactful brand and marketing programme.

      It’s an exciting time for TalkTalk Business, with numerous projects and campaigns in the pipeline and plenty of opportunities for you to play a crucial role in implementing.

      What we’re up to

      We are recruiting for an experienced Marketing Campaign Manager to join our Enterprise team.

      This is what the day to day will look like:

      • Work closely with the Enterprise Senior Marketing Manager to create and manage an impactful brand and marketing programme
      • Create and implement effective ROI-led Enterprise marketing campaigns focused on building brand awareness and generating leads across Public and Private Sectors.
      • Manage the campaign programme, optimising performance in line with business objectives
      • Support management of digital traffic driving and lead generation activities e.g. social, PPC, digital display and website
      • Create engaging content, working with agencies and writing own content
      • Work with external agencies to create impactful marketing and sales materials
      • Manage key operational communications to customers
      • Work closely with Sales, Products, Operational and Commercial teams for smooth delivery of activities

      • Content-led campaign management
      • Strong commercial acumen
      • Excellent stakeholder management experience
      • Large scale email nurture programmes using platforms like Eloqua
      • ROI analysis
