      We are looking for an exceptional Marketing Campaign Manager - Subscriptions to join the Service Provider marketing team. This role is responsible for the development and end-to-end execution of year-round marketing strategies and plans to the Service Provider/Telcommunications market, generating MQL’s for our Omdia subscriptions product.

      Campaign Planning:

      • Responsible for the development of the Omdia Service Provider marketing strategy, which is aligned to the overall business goals and objectives, as well as market-segment specific goals and objectives
      • Own and manage the end-to-end execution of the marketing plan including a content strategy and plan to engage, nurture and convert customers
      • Own the ideation, execution, and management of integrated marketing, communications, and demand generation/lead generation campaigns through digital advertising, paid media and media partnerships, email, social media, and other tactics
      • Responsible for the development of campaign copy, calls to action, and customer journey for marketing and sales campaigns, based on target customer segments, campaign goals, and desired results
      • Understand data practice and segmentation to create targeted campaigns
      • Collaboration with the Omdia sales teams globally to ensure MQLs are converting into SQLs and understanding how and why marketing are being effective, drawing insights and adapting the marketing plan
      • Build and execute a retention campaign focused on ensuring existing customers are getting value out of their subscriptions and cross sell to these customers
      • Adopt a test and learn approach to understand which channels are performing and optimizing marketing plans
      • Good understanding of the marketing funnel and the channels and tactics needed to drive audiences further down the funnel
      • Collaborate with inhouse and external designers on the design and production of all marketing collateral determined within the marketing plan
      • Ensure consistent use of established branding, core value proposition messaging, imagery, and positioning across internal and external marketing materials, graphics, communications, and more
      • Collaborate with Omdia Central Marketing team to identify and execute new marketing partnerships, especially for Service Provider events.
      • Drive alignment in messaging between the Omdia Marketing, Sales, Customer Success and Product teams.
      • Manage relationships with external partners and vendors in the context of marketing to ensure successful participation and activations.

      Insights & Analysis:

      • Interpret and analyse marketing/advertising campaign results and data; develop recommended strategies, timelines, and tactics to further optimize marketing spend and campaign ROI.
      • Work with Omdia Customer Success Team to better understand our customers’ business challenges, needs, and wants. Regularly report and provide results, insights to internal stakeholders.
      • Acquire a deep understanding of our existing customer base and target customer segments. Work with SP Omdia Analysts, sales and central marketing team in developing personas, value propositions and messaging for each of the key segments which will inform marketing and/or sales campaigns, the evolution of our product offer(s), and more.
      • Analyse and report trends over time and use these insights to build more effective campaigns.

      Reporting & Budget Management:

      • Report monthly on marketing campaign, results, effectiveness, and ROI
      • Report monthly on MQLs, conversions to SQLs, Closed Won/Lost and Pipeline with commentary.
      • Manage the marketing budget for Omdia SP marketing

      Qualifications

      Qualifications

      Skills and Experience:

      • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field or relevant experience
      • Experience in progressively more complex B2B campaigns, managing campaigns independently or working as a peer in a senior marketing team.
      • Thorough understanding & experience of lead gen marketing, planning, operations, and execution using marketing automation technology (preferably Eloqua), training and optimization
      • Experience of working with CMS platforms (but coding knowledge not required), training and optimization
      • Thorough understanding & experience of digital (PPC, SEO, online advertising) and content marketing
      • Budget management experience
      • Adapts to changing situations and requirements, manages multiple deadlines and activities simultaneously
      • Out of the box thinking, willing to challenge norms and come up with fresh ideas and approaches on reaching audiences and engaging our customers
      • Able to build strong business relationships
      • Problem solver, balancing stakeholder needs while maintaining brand and business objectives. Identifies roadblocks, determines fixes, and works in a team environment to implement the solutions to get to the end goal
      • Prior B2B Marketing events campaign experience, forming and executing a strategy that raises awareness, generates interest and desire and solicits action
      • Experience in working with data platforms and segmentation strategies
      • Strong copywriting and editing skills
      • Strong verbal communication skills
      • Analytical & problem-solving capability
      • Ability to work under pressure and deliver to timescales
      • Proven ability to use initiative when required and go ‘above and beyond’ in order to deliver
      • Self-starter approach to work, with strong attention to detail
      • Can do attitude to deliver results.
