      We are looking for a Marketing Campaigns Manager who'll lead the campaign activities to support the market positioning, build and nurture a strong pipeline for the commercial team.

      This is a new role in a fast growing and successful B2B SaaS business that is driven by its ‘tech for good’ credentials.

      The role will be responsible for planning, creating and implementing a campaign plan for the business across its multiple software solutions.

      The Campaign Manager will need to work as part of a wider team, operating closely with both the event & content managers to create timely, relevant and effective integrated-marketing campaigns, maximizing on ROI throughout to ensure objectives are met and performance targets achieved.

      They will also be a need to collaborate with the wider team including, data scientists and housing sector experts to help inform campaign messaging.

      • Plan, develop and deliver the annual integrated campaigns plan, from creation through to post-campaign analysis and reporting, including measurements against key targets and metrics, using any insight gained to improve on future campaigns
      • Create account based marketing (ABM) strategy for specific tiered accounts
      • Working with the wider marketing team to align the annual campaigns plan to business strategy and priorities
      • To use your expertise to support the achievement of prioritised objectives and performance targets for each campaign, including lead generation and customer acquisition and retention
      • Manage and control of the marketing CRM tool
      • Use a range of approaches, to maximise on ROI for each campaign, ensuring we get the most value from the work that we do
      • Document processes and changes to campaign management
      • Responsible for data strategy and adhering to all data regulations around campaign management.
      • To ensure brand compliance throughout campaigns, always on the lookout for imaginative and innovative ways of extending reach and influence
      • Develop and maintain positive working relationships with fellow colleagues and key external stakeholders

      Experience/Person

      • The ideal candidate will have 5 years+ B2B experience in a marketing campaign creation role and can clearly demonstrate achieving key commercial growth objectives within their role
      • Experience of implementing & managing account based marketing (ABM)
      • Data-Driven: The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving all metrics around Marketing campaign activities to improve ROI
      • A creative individual who has experience of taking ideas and turning them into successful integrated-campaigns that deliver ROI
      • Use marketing automation and email nurturing to engage and convert prospects and customers across the buyer journey
      • A demonstrable understanding of working across marketing teams to deliver a joined up campaign plan
      • Ability to inspire, motivate and lead cross departmental teams; able to win support of all colleagues for projects
      • Commercially astute and someone that enjoys working in marketing and wants to make a difference to where they work and help demonstrate tech for good
      • Motivated self-starter, with high attention to detail
      • Ability to work under own initiative as well as part of a wider team across multiple departments
      • Ability to work to pre-defined budgets and short time-scales
      • Experience of using HubSpot essential and Salesforce preferable
