      Join to apply for the Marketing, Communications and Engagement Manager role at ISS Facility Services - North America.

      This role is for a communications expert with a passion for real food and storytelling. The manager will collaborate with the broader Marketing, Communications, and Engagement teams, including HR, Workplace Experience, Real Estate Facilities, and Food Teams.

      The MCE Manager is a champion, guardian, advocate, and ambassador for the food program, representing our core values and initiatives.

      The MCE Manager will plan, coordinate, organize, and execute internal communication initiatives, including proactive and reactive messaging, to support the food program's objectives. Additionally, they will lead local and regional engagement activities through communication, internal activation, educational programming, and community events.

      Responsibilities
      • Align MCE efforts across regions by identifying opportunities and developing supporting tools and resources.
      • Drive thought leadership to guide local teams and stakeholders toward program goals.
      • Develop and execute communication plans to increase employee engagement.
      • Create compelling content, including videos, communication materials, and infographics for digital channels.
      • Review and edit internal communications, presentations, and resources for accuracy and tone.
      • Support broad initiatives and local campaigns through communication efforts.
      • Innovate with new content and delivery channels.
      • Build community partnerships with local farms, purveyors, and food innovators.
      • Maintain communication platforms to tell the clients story strategically.
      • Support brand consistency and voice at local levels.
      • Guide food team members in planning and executing campaigns and events.
      • Build relationships with stakeholders to create memorable experiences.
      • Establish and track ROI linking communication programs to engagement and performance.
      Key Skill Requirements
      • Bachelor's degree in journalism, marketing, public relations, or related field (preferred).
      • 1-3 years of experience in internal communications.
      • Passion for good food and hospitality.
      • Strong verbal, writing, and editing skills.
      • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
      • Detail-oriented with organizational and strategic skills.
      • Team player with good judgment and openness to feedback.
      • Autonomous work ability within established approval channels.
      • Excellent change management skills.
      • Experience managing multiple stakeholders and projects.
      • Video production and editing skills.
      • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite and presentation development.
      • Passion for storytelling related to food, sustainability, and care.

      ISS offers full-time employees benefits including medical, dental, life, disability insurance, and a comprehensive leave program. The salary range is $120,000 - $135,000 per year, with final compensation based on experience.
