- Support the business objective and opportunities to develop and align the marketing tactics
- Conduct market/competitive research to identify new opportunities and industry trends
- Monitor metrics to review the effectiveness of existing marketing tactics
- Maintaining effective communications in the marketing department to discuss and align the marketing strategy to the changing business target
- Work together with local industry representatives to understand the business and their needs
- Customer-focused mindset - Knowledge of the values and practices that align customer needs and satisfaction as primary considerations in all business decisions and the ability to leverage that information in creating customized customer solutions
- Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with (senior) stakeholders
- Knowledge of the approaches, tools, and techniques for promoting creative, original thinking and the ability to apply it to a variety of business situations
- Ability to effectively manage relationships with both suppliers and other divisions
