      Cleaver-Brooks is looking for an energetic, creative personality to join its corporate marketing team as Marketing Communications Coordinator in Thomasville, GA. This highly motivated marketer will provide support and coordination for a full spectrum of marketing functions including, but not limited to print and digital advertising, corporate communications, content creation, social media, campaigns and promotions, marketing research, trade events, and so much more.

      Job Location: Thomasville, GA

      Essential functions:

      • Processing and tracking of departmental invoices, ensuring proper coding to appropriate accounts.
      • Championing all brand identities under the Cleaver-Brooks umbrella, through print, digital, and social distributions.
      • Managing and moderating highly successful public webinar program.
      • Coordinating all campaigns and promotions across the various social media platforms
      • Managing the tradeshow and event calendar, assisting with event coordination and the development of related marketing and promotional materials.
      • Managing and releasing internal and external corporate communications, assisting in the creation of content.
      • Effectively coordinate the development, design, approval, production and distribution of marketing materials in partnership with the marketing communications project managers.
      • Working with marketing vendors to establish quotes, production schedules and delivery of materials.
      • Managing and monitoring timely website updates, ensuring quality and effective messaging.
      • Assisting in lead generation/sales funnel activities through the company customer relationship management and marketing automation programs
      • Providing support to other strategic marketing initiatives and assistance to the Director of Marketing and other team members as needed.
      • Other duties as assigned

      Basic Requirements:

      Education:

      • Bachelor’s degree (B.A. or B.S.) from an accredited four-year college or university in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

      Experience:

      • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment that is focused on goals and metrics.
      • Creative thinker with a desire to seek opportunities to constantly improve processes, and one’s own professional development.
      • High proficiency in professional writing, proofreading, and copying writing.
      • Strong verbal communication skills, public speaking experience is preferred.
      • Strong computer skills and a thorough understanding of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
      • Experience with managing multiple tasks simultaneously, well organized, project coordination and management experience preferred.
      • Experience with social media platforms in a marketing capacity (Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, etc.)
      • Experience with CRM and marketing automation programs preferred, such as Salesforce and Pardot.

      Travel Requirements:

      • Limited travel may be required.

      Working Conditions and Hazards:

      Some work in physical plant environment where plant orientation may be required and safety precautions are required. May encounter some unpleasant working conditions of brief duration.
