      Marketing Communications Intern

      Overview: The intern will contribute to the Communications Department’s initiatives while gaining hands-on experience in content creation, publishing, and communication strategies. The primary focus will be on supporting the Marketing Communications activities, such as content management for the Tenaris website, corporate social media, events, and digital campaigns.

      Main Responsibilities:

      • Content management for the Tenaris website and corporate social media.
      • Support in customer events and tradeshows (invitation design, photo and video production, merchandising).
      • Assist with the production of the Tenaris LinkedIn newsletter (coordinate content creation, set up the newsletter, and report results).
      • Analytics of the Tenaris website, news, and social media: report monthly on the performance of content promoted through these channels.
      • Support the production of technical materials to promote Tenaris products and services (fact sheets, web pages, case studies, PowerPoint presentations, etc.).

      Requirements:

      • Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, Public Relations, or Creative Media.
      • Familiarity with social media platforms, particularly WhatsApp, and internal communication tools like SharePoint and Email.
      • Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills, with attention to detail and consistency in messaging in English (Spanish is a plus).
      • Ability to conduct research and analyze data to improve content strategies.
      • Creative mindset with the ability to create engaging and visually appealing content.
      • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to tailor messages for different audiences.
      • Ability to work independently and collaborate in a team environment.
      • Experience with social media management.
      • Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
      • Spanish is desirable but not mandatory.
      • Autonomy: Ability to move projects forward independently.
      • Collaboration and Diversity: Ability to work with a multicultural team.
      • Organization and Commitment: Ability to work in an organized manner and demonstrate commitment to tasks.
      • Production: Ability to manage multiple tasks and vendors.
      • Analytical Thinking: Strong analytical skills.
      • Availability to work full-time (less than 40 hours per week) during the summer, transitioning to part-time (less than 20 hours per week) during the school year.
