  Job Summary

  This position is responsible for managing, developing, coordinating and implementing marketing internal and/or external communications strategies for HCSC; developing plans to meet corporate objectives; supporting the communication needs of senior management; serving as managing editor for various publications, and for supervising staff and overseeing marketing communications-related activities including, but not limited to, Business-to-Business and Business-to-Consumer marketing efforts.

  JOB REQUIREMENTS :

  • Bachelor’s degree and 8 years’ experience in journalism, communications, media relations, or public relations
  • Organizational and project management skills OR 12 years’ experience in journalism, communications, media relations, or public relations
  • Experience handling multiple tasks with changing deadlines. Flexibility. Adaptability. Familiarization with continually shifting priorities.
  • Experience handling complex projects and be able to translate them into clear, concise communications messages.
  • PC and database experience.
  • Leadership and Project management skills.

  PREFERRED JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Health insurance industry experience, knowledge of health care products, channels and trends.
  • Substantial experience in the design and implementation of B2B campaigns.
  • Knowledgeable in the use of B2B and B2C communications channels.

  The compensation offered will vary depending on your job-related skills, education, knowledge, and experience. This role aligns with an annual incentive bonus plan subject to the terms and the conditions of the plan.

  $88,700.00 - $160,200.00
