- The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including search engine optimization (SEO), pay-per-click (PPC) advertising, social media marketing, and content marketing
- Develop and implement marketing communications campaigns that align with and support growth opportunities across the business
- Implement and oversee SEO and keyword program to increase awareness and engagement
- Implement social media tactics to support thought leadership strategy
- Develop permission marketing campaigns by target audience persona to generate interest and leads to increase conversions by product line
- Manage customer lists by persona to ensure campaigns effectively align with sales efforts and expectations
- Improve the customer experience by facilitating search for high demand content, including product documentation and support
- Audit online content on ongoing basis to ensure all content reflects current product capabilities and confirm it aligns with industry trends and/or requirements
- Track campaign effectiveness and analyze data to confirm outcomes and areas for improvement
- Remain up-to-date on marketing communications trends and standard processes
- Bachelor’s degree
- A minimum of 8 years of related marketing experience with proven experience in integrated campaign management
- Proven experience in increasing brand recognition leading to greater market share and/or revenue
- Proven experience in optimizing online content to increase engagement and form submissions
- Strong analytical skills and ability to provide insights to improve performance
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to work with diverse team
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a matrixed, international organization
- Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Legal authorization to work in the United States - Sponsorship will not be provided for this position
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, or communications
- Preference given to candidates with strong understanding of gas and liquids energy operations from production to distribution as well as the required software and automation (i.e. SCADA)
- Technical skill and experience with immersive technologies (i.e. MultiTaction) a plus
