What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Partner with business unit leadership to develop and implement communications and marketing strategies
- Write press releases, newsletters, advertisements, and other marketing collateral
- Develop and maintain business unit content marketing materials
- Serve as a subject matter expert on communications and marketing efforts
- Determine effectiveness of communications and marketing initiatives
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree in journalism, communication, marketing, or related field
- 5-10 years of communications, marketing, and project management experience
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Knowledge or experience in government, engineering, aerospace, or defense contractors
- Proficiency in digital tools and technology
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Advanced degree in Communication, Marketing, Business, or STEM-related disciplines
- Experience in government, engineering, aerospace, or defense industries
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite, Teams, and other management tools
