What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Schedule and facilitate auctions at the storage facility
- Train facility housekeepers to ensure cleanliness and organization
- Coordinate with marketing company president and executive assistant for new builds
- Assist in carrying out storage facility operations to provide high-quality customer care
- Maintain a tidy and organized workspace
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Proficiency with technology
- Management experience
- Ability to travel as required and possess a travel ID
- Capability to perform physical tasks, including moving items weighing a minimum of 50 lbs
- Availability to work in environments with moderate risks or discomforts
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous experience in a customer service or storage facility role
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Familiarity with safety protocols and equipment in a storage or warehouse environment
- Demonstrated ability to lead and train teams effectively
