What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Schedule and facilitate auctions for storage units
- Train facility housekeepers to maintain operational standards
- Coordinate with marketing company president and executive assistant to complete new builds
- Ensure the highest quality of care for customers at the storage facility
- Assist in various operational tasks to support facility management

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Proficiency with technology
- Management experience
- Ability to work in environments with moderate risks or discomforts
- Capacity to perform physical tasks, including moving a minimum of 50 lbs
- Availability to follow safety precautions and use protective gear when necessary

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous experience in a similar role within the moving and storage industry
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Familiarity with customer service best practices
- Ability to work both indoors and outdoors in various conditions
- Experience in training or supervising staff
