      • From digital media creative assets to sales collateral, your role will cover end-to-end marketing content and design
      • You’ll be responsible for delivering advertising activity, from creative development and campaign management through to final execution

      What you'll do

      As a Marketing Content Design Manager, you’ll develop marketing communications plans and oversee the implementation of all promotional activity, advertising, media, public relations and events management. We’ll look to you to understand and report on brand tracking and media analysis, to make sure we’re consistently improving media efficiency and campaign performance.

      Your responsibilities will include:

      • Creating media plans to make sure they deliver against the brief
      • Delivering content to make sure it’s in line with our creative strategy and principles
      • Creating key visuals, assets in required formats for performance media campaigns, digital advertising, customer communications and sales collateral
      • Maintaining strong relationships with external organisations, agencies and stakeholders

      The skills you'll need

      We’re looking for a creative marketing professional who can bring in-depth knowledge of communication channels and processes; including brand development and research, sponsorship, media relations, advertising, CSR and event management.

      You’ll also bring:

      • A successful track record of working in the brand activation industry
      • Experience of consistently delivering results in sponsorship, brand, CSR, PR, event and local marketing
      • The ability to manage changing priorities and remain focused on key deliverables against demanding timeframes
      • Excellent image composition and typography skills
      • Experience in animation, GIFs, and key visuals to support digital touch points
