      Position Summary

      The Marketing Content Specialist will be responsible for developing and executing engaging content strategies that build awareness and foster audience engagement. This role requires a proactive, organized, and versatile individual with a passion for creating high-quality content tailored to specific audience needs and platform best practices.

      Work Schedule: This position currently follows a hybrid work model. Employees are required to work from the office at least four days per week (Monday - Thursday), with Friday available for remote work, offering a blend of in-person collaboration and flexibility.

      Essential Duties & Responsibilities (Other duties may be assigned)

      • Work with the Sales and Field Marketing teams to create and update digital tools and marketing materials to support the field – printables, shareables, presentations etc
      • Responsible for maintaining, updating, and organizing our platform and assets.
      • Ownership to include: design, field calls, and content uploads.
      • Create and oversee sales and training tools and content.
      • Own the ‘look’ and aesthetics of our platform including images and layout of key pages.
      • Understanding basic web design principles and UI/UX best practices.
      • Conduct regular content audits to ensure all is relevant, compliant, and on brand.
      • Create and design shareable content (using Canva or similar program) for promotions, sites, microsites, emails campaigns, marketing materials etc.
      • Collaborate with Associates and internal teams to solicit feedback on gaps and opportunities for improvements to platform and digital tools.
      • Lead and/or support various marketing projects, ensuring their timely completion.
      • Ability to work collaboratively and ensure brand consistency across platforms.
      • Strong attention to detail and creative problem-solving skills.

      Minimum Qualifications (These are the requirements that all applicants MUST HAVE to be considered for this position)

      • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution or equivalent experience.
      • 5 years professional experience in a marketing, training, or related position.
      • Understanding of basic instructional design principles.
      • Skilled in the use of Wordpress, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator), UX wireframes, and Microsoft Office
      • Strong interpersonal skills, detail oriented and able to coordinate/manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
      • Ability to develop collaborative and diverse relationships.
      • Ability to work/communicate with all levels of the organization.
      • Strong written and verbal communication skills

      Preferred Qualifications

      • Solid quantitative, analytical, problem solving and organizational skills.
      • Proficiency using SharePoint.
