      ClearScript is seeking a creative, dynamic Marketing Content Specialist to join our team and help tell the story of our Pharmacy Benefit Management (PBM) solutions. In this position, you'll develop strategic and compelling content that educates, engages and inspires key stakeholders including employers, brokers, consultants, members and healthcare partners. Your work will support lead generation, brand awareness, client retention, and thought leadership across a variety of digital and print platforms.

      Responsibilities

      • Develop and implement original strategic marketing content tailored to business-to-business needs, including thought leadership articles, white papers, product descriptions, case studies, presentations, scripts, campaign messaging, and other marketing initiatives related to pharmacy benefits.
      • Translate complex healthcare and pharmacy benefit topics into clear and persuasive messaging.
      • Develop compelling market messaging and storytelling that promotes ClearScript’s brand position and differentiation in the marketplace.
      • Maintain brand voice and tone across all channels while ensuring content aligns with strategic goals.
      • Collaborate with subject matter experts (clinical, sales, product) to translate technical content into marketing-friendly materials.
      • Foster strong relationships with cross-functional partners within ClearScript to support client retention and new sales objectives.
      • Leverage PBM business knowledge, industry research, and insights to support meaningful messaging and communication campaigns.
      • Provide marketing and communications support.

      Required Qualifications

      • Bachelor of Arts In Marketing, communications, or a related field
      • Proven experience in developing original content based on the needs of various business functions
      • Strategic thinker with the ability to understand and address complex business needs
      • Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills with the ability to simplify complex topics
      • Ability to build and maintain relationships across departments
      • Excellent oral and written communication skills
      • Comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Office suite, especially Microsoft PowerPoint.

      Preferred Qualifications

      • 2 years Experience in marketing content creation preferred
      • Knowledge of pharmacy benefit or healthcare marketing preferred
      • Experience with SEO, email marketing, or marketing automation tools

      Compensation Disclaimer

      The posted pay range is for a 40-hour workweek (1.0 FTE). The actual rate of pay offered within this range may depend on several factors, such as FTE, skills, knowledge, relevant education, experience, and market conditions. Additionally, our organization values pay equity and considers the internal equity of our team when making any offer. Hiring at the maximum of the range is not typical. If your role is eligible for a sign-on bonus, the bonus program that is approved and in place at the time of offer, is what will be honored.
