What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Independently manage the workflow for the client life cycle
- Analyze and market employee benefits programs, particularly individual and aggregate stop-loss insurance
- Prepare and review carrier quotes for accuracy, and log them into respective systems
- Create experience and claims reports, renewal proposals, and presentation materials
- Maintain effective relationships with carriers and vendors, and assist in training team members

What is Required (Qualifications):
- 2-5 years of relevant experience in a similar role
- Bachelor's degree (4-year degree) in a related field
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Experience managing confidential information in compliance with HIPAA
- Strong attention to detail, task-oriented, and administrative focus
