      Description

      PURPOSE OF POSITION: To assist the sales team by creating marketing materials, generating warm leads, and using data analytics to create strategic marketing plans.

      RESPONSIBILITY AND AUTHORITY: Marketing strategies focused on meeting sales objectives and developing brand awareness in our community and industry. The position will design and implement marketing plans based on sales information and data analytics.

      ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF THE POSITION:

      1. Develop marketing strategies focused at driving leads and generating sales.
      2. Manage and update marketing calendar.
      3. Create and publish social media content. Monitor, respond to, and encourage social media engagement.
      4. Create and publish marketing e-blasts in CRM. Review e-blast analytics and send warm leads list to sales team.
      5. Review CRM analytics and sales team feedback to track effectiveness of existing marketing programs.
      6. Attend proto reviews and take photos for photo library. Send photos to sales team as relevant.
      7. Organize and maintain marketing drive.
      8. Communicate new product information to sales team.
      9. Maintain panoston.com and all associated sub-domains. Update website as needed.
      10. Develop engagement in Pan-Oston’s Grocery & Supermarket group on LinkedIn.
      11. Keep catalogs, cutsheets, and other miscellaneous marketing materials up-to-date.
      12. Assist with tradeshow preparation and execution.
      13. Work with third-party marketing company to manage SEO strategy and execution, including Google Adwords and keywords.
      14. Follow industry trends ensure Pan-Oston product lines and marketing strategies are based on market needs. Communicate trends with sales team.
      15. Analyze competitor marketing materials to ensure Pan-Oston is competitor-aware and staying up-to-date on current marketing trends.
      16. Participate in developing new products and services, and determining new markets.
      17. Review and analyze customer accounts including preparation of key sales reports and projections
      18. Manage various e-commerce sites for Pan-Oston Company and its affiliates.
      19. Maintain databases that control online resources such as configurators, online tools, order forms, etc.
      20. May be responsible for overseeing other aspects of the website such as the advertising and content components.
      21. Demonstrate ability to prioritize work, manage multiple tasks and apply appropriate time management principals to complete all required activities
      22. Other tasks as needed, including but not limited to assisting the account management team with incoming customer activities.

      Qualifications


      MINIMUM POSITION REQUIREMENTS

      1. Strong graphic design (Canva) and writing skills
      2. Excellent organizationand analytic skills with an ability to multi-task
      3. Attention to detail
      4. Previous sales, marketing, and/or customer service experienceis a plus
      5. Familiarity with search engine marketing
      6. Strong track record of meeting and exceeding aggressive targets and goals
      7. Ability to work independently as a motivated team player
