Drafts and coordinates pitches, RFP responses, and presentations under the direction of lawyers and marketing team colleagues.
Drafts and coordinates accolade submissions which include Chambers and Legal 500.
Plans and executes seminar/event/webinar activities for the practice groups nationally.
Coordinates external sponsorships for the practices.
Drafts internal and external communications and marketing collateral.
Develops and maintains mailing lists, contact lists, and client profiles using the firm's CRM, InterAction.
Supports speaking and authorship opportunities with professional and trade organizations.
Collaborates with other marketing, business development, communications, and graphics team members.
Become proficient with the firm’s experience database including recording and extracting information on a daily basis.
Must possess a Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university.
Minimum of three years of experience including creating and preparing marketing collateral, pitch proposals, presentations and RFP responses and possess excellent writing skills. Equivalent combinations of education and experience will be considered.
Demonstrated ability to prioritize and balance competing demands and meet deadlines in a fast-paced professional environment.
Strong organizational, team building, and communication skills are essential.
Excellent writing and proofreading skills are required.
Must be proficient in the use of PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and database applications.
Law firm or professional services experience is strongly preferred.
This position requires a very high energy level and flexibility with overtime and occasional business travel.

Through routine engagement with lawyers and professional staff at all levels, this position offers the opportunity to gain experience, make connections, and learn the substance of a corporate practice at an Am Law Top 10 firm.
The Marketing Coordinator will support the implementation of the practice’s strategic marketing and communications plans and take on projects of increasing complexity as knowledge of the practice develops. The successful candidate must be self-motivated and detail-oriented, be a strong writer who is able to draft and synthesize content into compelling messages, have outstanding organizational skills, and remain flexible with work schedule. The successful candidate will also have strong interpersonal skills, sound professional judgment, and demonstrated maturity and professionalism. He or she must be able to build relationships and trust with a wide range of individuals with diverse styles and high standards.
Based in Boston, New York or Philadelphia, this position offers a flexible, hybrid in-office/remote working arrangement.

For positions in New York, the salary range for this job posting is: $61,639.00 - $98,622.00
The base salary or hourly wage range for this position will be determined during the interview process and will vary based on multiple factors, including but not limited to prior experience, relevant expertise, current business needs, and market factors. The final salary or hourly wages offered may be outside of this range based on other reasons and individual circumstances. Additionally, salary or hourly wages may be only part of the total compensation package. The total compensation package for this position may also include a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits, such as vacation, sick time, and parental leave), dependent on the position offered. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment. If hired, the employee will be in an "at-will position" and the firm reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation or benefit program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, firm or individual department/team performance, and market factors.
