- Experience: One year Marketing or advertising experience, required. One year Digital and email marketing, preferred.

- Strong interpersonal, communication and project management skills.
- Complex problem solving skills, attention to detail, and good decision-making ability.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Able to work effectively on multiple assignments concurrently.
- Ability to recognize, handle, and protect sensitive/confidential information.
- Ability to relate to a diverse group.
- Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel.
- Additional Skills (preferred):
- Strong project management, communication, and operational skills.
- Excellent skills in data entry and management with strong attention to detail required for this position
- Ability to manage multiple projects and directives simultaneously.
- Experience in evaluating and implementing process improvements for operational efficiency.
- Creativity in problem-solving
- Strong communication and relationship building skills.
- Lean six-sigma or agile methodology experience

Job SummaryThe employee’s Number One job responsibility is to deliver the most remarkable patient experience, in every dimension, every time, and understand how he or she contributes to the health system’s vision of achieving that commitment to patients and families. The marketing coordinator will provide support and coordination of marketing and advertising tactics, digital initiatives and other media buying activities. They will work collaboratively with agency partners and other marketing and communications team members to plan, execute and track media programs. Key Responsibilities include: participate in development of advertising tactics and lead execution, including maintaining posting reports to gauge the efficiencies of current and past campaigns; Work with internal and external agencies to oversee media placement, budget tracking, and invoicing; Provide education and council on media buying best practices; Respond to internal client needs and marketing requests that may require research and escalation as needed; Identify trends and process improvement opportunities; Provide operational support to the marketing communications department through project management, process improvement and other key tasks driving operational efficiency and effectiveness across the department; Managing the internal to external trafficking of creative to media outlets across multiple markets.
