      Summary

      Position Highlights:

      The Demand Generation and Content Marketing Coordinator is responsible for the ongoing planning and execution of Moffitt's marketing strategy deliverables. This position plans, develops, initiates, and implements innovative marketing plans for Moffitt service lines and departments. This position is also responsible for measurement, tracking and reporting on marketing efforts through KPIs/metrics determined by the Strategic Marketing Department.

      This position supports the overall strategic marketing strategy of Moffitt Cancer Center, Moffitt Medical Group, Moffitt satellites/partners and associated clinical service lines to consumers, physicians and other key stakeholders primarily throughout the Primary Service Area and Secondary Service Areas to drive new patient volume and retain existing patient volume. The coordinator acquires knowledge of each program and understanding of priorities and differentiators to evaluate marketing platforms and identify opportunities to market those entities.

      The coordinator leverages the brand, campaign and digital content strategy for ongoing planning, development and execution for multiple media sources to include but not limited to print, collateral, broadcast, email, digital, paid social and emerging media.

      This role supports Moffitt's brand and guidelines to maximize identity in the Center and marketplace. The coordinator works with management, internal clients, agencies and community partners to define project/program requirements, offer strategic guidance, develop marketing strategy and an executional deliverable schedule as well as reporting. This position would effectively communicate with the client as well as the production team through pre-production, approval and post-production.

      • Familiarity with campaign and brand design concepts.
      • Strong leadership, organizational and planning skills.
      • Exceptional written, oral, interpersonal and presentation skills.
      • Ability to multitask and collaborate with all levels of the organization.
      • Demonstrated ability to write for various platforms.
      • Excellent analytical understanding and judgment.
      • Ability to translate complex concepts into lay terms.

      Responsibilities:

      • Develops, executes and maintains demand generation strategies including marketing, advertising and promotional tactics.
      • Develop and implement targeted marketing tactics for consumer and physician marketing strategies and corporate planning trends for effective market reach and volume generation.
      • Prepares creative briefs, production schedules and meets deadlines following appropriate approval processes.
      • Collaborate with Corporate Planning Analysts to develop market and patient profiles and interpret new patient profiles and volumes.
      • Collect, coordinate and interpret data as it relates to the hospital and its competitors, including charge information, patient origin, market share and other statistics utilizing marketing databases.
      • Develops, executes and maintains strong content deliverables and distributes to the full team for use in all channels.

      Credentials and Qualifications:

      • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or Healthcare required.
      • Minimum of seven (7) years of experience in advertising, marketing or communications in a corporate or agency environment.
      • Healthcare industry experience a plus.
      • Experience in B2C and/or B2B marketing/communications.

      Preferred:

      • Ability to work with Microsoft Suite, Adobe Suite, Project Management systems, Web CMS, CRM such as Salesforce, Email Management or Marketing Automation platforms such as Exact Target, Pardot and Marketo.
      • Knowledge of creative concept creation and graphic design software such as InDesign.
      • Account management experience is helpful, but not a must.
      • Knowledge of printing/promo and pre-press process.
