      EMPLOYEE EXPECTATIONS

      • Professionally represent GH Phipps and effectively support the Company's strategic initiatives.
      • Establish and foster positive long-term relationships with internal clients and business partners.
      • Execute GH Phipps policies and procedures.
      • Establish programs to accomplish marketing-related aspects of the corporate mission.

      • Build, promote, and adhere to firmwide brand standards.

      DUTIES:

      • Coordinates with the business development and marketing staff to support the Greenwood Village, Northern Colorado, Wyoming, and Colorado Springs offices.
      • Support relevant corporate awards programs and deadlines.
      • Ensure consistent, updated appearance and style for all collaterals.
      • Ensure the ‘GH Phipps' image remains consistent and fresh to target audiences.
      • Reviews and gain understanding of all new client projects; travels to client locations as required
      • Special events: supports and assists marketing related events both in-house and external
      • Create communications and collateral for internal employee information/events.
      • Support best practices, style guides, and templates as prescribed by department leadership.
      • Participate in developing and reviewing win strategy, including capture plan development, pursuit strategy and win theme development, and storyboarding – integrating strategy into winning submittals and presentations.
      • Assist the development sales proposals (RFQs and RFPs), including ensuring documents comply with company standards, completing technical and creative writing sections, facilitating the proposal review process, and producing winning proposals and presentations.
      • Plans and Participates in client project events to collect content for media use.
      • Ability to generate social media articles, blogs, PR articles
      • Assists in proposal and interview meetings with project teams.
      • Assist in graphic design, production, and visual aids in proposals, qualifications, and interviews.
      • Updates and maintains CRM database consistently.
      • Organize and maintain files according to SMPS Six Domains of Practice
      • Attends events and trade shows representing GH Phipps as required.
      • Perform various administrative duties including but not limited to coordinating interview equipment, maintaining an inventory of supplies, stocking marketing resource material, resume and file maintenance, slides, photographs, etc.
      • Other marketing tasks as assigned.
      • As a safety sensitive position, complete adherence to alcohol and drug use policies set by company
      • In-person, predictable attendance at assigned location

      EDUCATION

      • Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Marketing, or Communications.

      EXPERIENCE

      • 0-2 years of professional experience in marketing and proposal/interview preparation is required.

      SKILLS

      • Effective creative and technical writing, proofreading, editing, and graphic design skills.
      • Able to create original material both graphically and narratively.
      • A proficient expertise and competence in Adobe CC, InDesign, Photoshop, SharePoint, Hootsuite, PowerPoint, WordPress and other marketing/business development software is required.
      • Basic knowledge and use of digital marketing
      • Basic knowledge marketing campaigns on social media and advertising.
      • Ability to manage projects, multitasking, and decision-making skills.
      • Has solid attention to detail and a commitment to excellence and high
      • Strong organizational skills
      • Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
      • Exhibits creative and innovative thinking utilizing out-of-the-box strategies to enhance the Company’s experience, approach, or team.
      • Can work collaboratively with various people in all roles across the organization.

      EMPLOYMENT REQUIREMENTS

      • Verifiable work references demonstrating exceptional accomplishments, leadership, and communication skills
      • Successful completion of post-offer background & drug screens

      The salary range for this position is $ 52,000 – 64,000 annually and is dependent in experience and title/rank of position offered.
