      Coors Distributing Company (CDC) is one of the nation’s leading beer distributors based out of Denver, CO. We are the critical link between our brewery suppliers that produce the beer and the retail outlets where they are sold, as well as the restaurants and bars where they are consumed. We were founded in 1971 and became a MillerCoors LLC in 2008 as part of the joint venture between Miller Brewing Company and Coors Brewing Company, and we remain the only company owned distributor for Molson Coors Beverage Company. Major brand acquisitions occurred in January of 2010 making Coors Distributing Company one of the top 25 largest beer distributors in the country with over 30 suppliers, roughly 14 million cases per year, and nearly 400 employees.

      The Headlines:
      The Marketing Coordinator in Denver, CO, you will be responsible for supporting the Marketing team and CDC Senior Leadership Team. This individual will contribute to existing marketing programs, while assisting with the development of new initiatives aligned with company and brand goals. They will support a wide range of marketing functions to include communications, retail program development, new product launches, digital marketing, social media, sponsorship activation and event coordination. They will also be responsible for providing general administrative support for the Senior Leadership Team.

      This position reports to the Director or Marketing.

      The Responsibilities:

      1. Brand Support and Coordination (30%):
        1. Assist with the ideation and development of brand marketing campaigns and new item launches
        2. Take lead and support on the development and coordination of program components and initiatives that bring brand campaigns to life.
        3. Assist with the development and coordination of charitable and community campaigns and initiatives.
        4. Assist with promo team administration as well as prize, swag, and uniform kitting
        5. Help develop and support consumer facing promotions and contests
        6. Provide support for events and sponsorship activation - both in planning and on-site coordination and support
        7. Provide procurement support, researching items for purchase, assisting with PO entry for key purchases and trimester orders, and help researching/clearing up purchasing and invoice discrepancies
        8. Assist with coordination of internal events, kickoffs, and meetings

      1. Marketing Support and Communications (30%)
        1. Support Marketing Manager with the development of internal and external communications
        2. Provide proofing and editing for large company communications
        3. Develop copy and graphics for large company communications and marketing campaigns
        4. Assist with the management of company social media platforms
        5. Assist with the coordination of Text 2 Win and QR Code program
        6. Assist with the fulfillment of consumer contests, prizes and tracking of winner release forms
        7. Various other levels of support and coordination as needed

      1. General Administrative Support (20%):
        1. Calendar Management – master calendar management, meeting bookings, helping with double bookings and reschedules
        2. Meeting Management - room set up, food & beverage ordering, clean up, guest booking through internal Envoy system, greeting guests and escorting to key meetings, etc.
        3. Travel Support – assist with travel planning for conventions, meetings, and incentive trips, organize travel documents for travelers prior to each trip, work with procurement on booking, and assist with travel troubleshooting, expense reporting
        4. General administrative support for the Marketing and Senior Leadership Teams

      1. Sales Support (10%):
        1. Cooler tags- Printing, and maintaining the database
        2. Chain communication support and administration, assist chain sales and marketing team with upkeep of weekly communications using excel, PowerPoint, and Big Tin Can.
        3. Printing, collating, and disseminating brand and sales materials to sales team
        4. General support for large Sales Meetings

      1. Donation & Sponsorship Request Management (5%):
        1. Managing, tracking and disseminating requests
        2. Accurate and timely completion of internal paperwork

      1. Ticket Request Management (5%)
        1. Logging of requests in request tracker, and assistance with internal fulfillment

      The Other Qualifications:

      • GED/High School diploma required; Bachelor’s degree in relevant field preferred.
      • 1-3 years of relevant Marketing and/or administrative experience
      • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage a variety of tasks at the same time
      • Detail oriented with a focus on accuracy; must be able to work without direct supervision of daily activities.
      • Time management skills are essential, to ensure timely response to candidates, customers and team.
      • Ability to responsibly manage and maintain confidential and/or sensitive information
      • Solid written and verbal communication skills; must be able to communicate with all levels of the organization, in a professional, tactful and pleasant demeanor.
      • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work well with all levels of internal management and staff, as well as outside customers and vendors
      • Excellent computer skills using Microsoft Office and Outlook; Expert in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
      • Should be a self-starter with strong initiative and ability to work autonomously
      • Must have high integrity, focused on winning the right way as an individual, a team and organization.
      • Innovation and growth mindset – ability to think creatively about solutions and look for efficiencies in all aspects of their work.
      • Must be an organized multitasker able to handle many diverse priorities.
