      Initial placement within the salary range is based on an individual's relevant knowledge, skills, and experience.       WE LOVE OUR WORK.

      • Project and personnel management as related to specially assigned or job related projects
      • Functions to bring structure, consistency and organization to multi-faced marketing projects through coordination and ad trafficking
      • Assists Marketing Manager with the development develop and execution of strategic plans
      • Acts as a liaison with clients on tactical level to gather assets for projects and jobs and gains approval through the formal trafficking process
      • Coordinates with internal/external resources to ensure collateral is scheduled for install
      • Ensure all property collateral is stocked at the designated areas. Includes, but not limited to brochures, maps, rack cards, gaming guides and PGCB brochures
      • Serves as primary contact with Compliance Department for marketing materials and signage
      • Ensure that all signage, billboards, advertising and collateral is updated on a regular basis, maintains good appearance and is current and accurate
      • Assist with management of marketing inventory and inventory control process
      • Work with all departments on promotion and marketing strategy, offers and other revenue impacting marketing efforts
      • Any other assigned duties and responsibilities

      • gift giveaways
      • and other casino related events which drive visitors to the property.
