      Marketing Coordinator

      Reports To: Director of Marketing

      What you’ll be doing

      Support company and marketing department goals by coordinating a variety of ongoing procedures and tasks. You will work closely with the team to execute the JH Family of Companies Brand.

      You will be responsible for…

      • Assist in updates and brand management across all Household Group brands to ensure consistency
      • Collaborate with internal and external teams to manage marketing requests
      • Design & print promotional or campaign flyers for various sales initiatives
      • Update & print marketing collateral requests from sales managers and loan officers
      • Create & update home listings on company website
      • Coordinate listing updates with realty team
      • Coordinate floor plan design updates
      • Manage marketing invoices for payment each month
      • Update various informational flyers pertaining to each community
      • Organize and manage miscellaneous promotional marketing materials
      • Support the planning and execution of special events, including community grand openings, realtor events, company events, etc.
      • Support Online Sales via answering phone calls and emails from prospective customers in a limited role
      • Utilize HubSpot CRM for various marketing and online sales-related functions
      • Perform other marketing related duties as needed or assigned
      • Travel to communities as needed

      What skills you’ll bring to us

      • Intermediate experience preferred working in Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.
      • Familiarity with marketing automation software and CRM
      • Advanced Computer Skills & experience in Word, Excel, PowerPoint
      • Knowledge of traditional and digital marketing trends

      What experience you’ll bring to us

      • 1-2 years of experience and/or education in marketing related activites.

      What type of work environment you will be working in

      This position operates in a professional office environment, and routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax. This position must work well in a team oriented, fast paced setting and can handle interruptions while maintaining productivity and accuracy. If traveling, employee may be exposed to weather conditions.
