      Sales Enablement & Marketing Operations

      We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Marketing Coordinator with a strong background in contract and invoice oversight, campaign support, project management, and ad hoc projects. The ideal candidate will have a foundational understanding of marketing operations, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work collaboratively across departments. Proficiency in Ariba or other contract or billing management systems is strongly preferred.

      In this position, you will:

      Contract & Invoice Management

      • Oversee the full lifecycle of marketing vendor contracts, including initiation, compliance tracking, and renewals.
      • Manage invoice processing and ensure accurate, timely billing using contract/billing management system.
      • Collaborate with procurement and finance teams to resolve discrepancies and maintain budget alignment.
      • Maintain organized records of contracts and financial documentation for audit readiness and reporting.

      Campaign Support

      • Provide administrative and logistical support with the coordination of marketing campaigns, ensuring timelines and deliverables are tracked and updated.
      • Support project managers by preparing status updates, documenting meeting notes, and flagging potential issues for resolution.
      • Help gather and organize campaign performance data, contributing to the creation of reports that evaluate results against key metrics.

      Project Management & Ad Hoc Initiatives

      • Lead and support a variety of marketing operations projects, ensuring timely execution and alignment with business goals.
      • Manage project timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder communications using Monday.com.
      • Coordinate and execute ad hoc projects with agility, often under tight deadlines and evolving scopes.
      • Track project progress, identify risks, and proactively resolve issues to keep initiatives on schedule.

      Process Assistance

      • Support the identification and implementation of process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of marketing operations.
      • Ensure all marketing activities comply with industry regulations and company policies.
      • Work closely with the marketing team, sales, and other departments to align marketing strategies with business goals.

      To be considered, you will need:

      • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, Project Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
      • 3–5 years of experience in contract management, marketing operations, or project coordination
      • Proficiency in Ariba or similar platforms is preferred
      • Experience managing projects using Monday.com is preferred
      • Strong project management and organizational skills
      • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a fast-paced environment
      • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
      • Familiarity with marketing workflows and financial services is a plus
