Job Description

- Support the creation and development of communications for various CSR campaigns
- Deploy internal communications and ensure communications are clear, consistent, appropriately branded, and follow brand standards
- Manage and support various CSR activities including promotional activities in office
- Ensure all in office supplies are ordered and kept at appropriate inventory levels.
- Prepare invoices for processing; prepare credit card reconciliation
- Responsible for managing the team inbox and general inquiries
- Supporting various marketing campaigns and initiatives across our brands and lines of business as required
- Manage promotional item requests. Work closely with preferred vendor to ensure items meet branding guidelines. Oversee pre-production, ordering, and delivery, while remaining within budget and meeting deadlines.
- Maintain marketing inventory through tracking, and reconciling billing as required
- Oversee inventory, restocking, reporting and invoicing of online store
- Oversight and management of corporate gifting projects and swag requests
- Oversee and manage budget as it relates to events, corporate gifting, and swag
- Adhere to budget and find efficiencies
- Manage vendors relationships
- Monitor the inventory levels of the online store and ensuring items are restocked in a timely manner
- Support the coordination and execution of internal and external corporate events (professional associations, conference sponsorships, speaking engagements, golf tournaments, customer events, Town Halls, etc.)
- Work with the events Manager to assist with event coordination including project plan, venue selection, contract negotiation, budget preparation, invitee list and invitation management, onsite coordination etc.
- Ensure event concept and print materials are on message
- Coordinate the preparation and delivery of visual elements and printed materials for the event
- Coordinate, supervise and train event volunteers as required
- Source, order and coordinate distribution of event related swag
- Event execution includes working closely with venue staff, room set-up, coordination of speakers, guests and timing (as applicable). Provide on-site logistics including registration, name badges, and gift bags/giveaways
- Act as day-to-day point of contact with external event management suppliers where applicable
- Oversee planning and deployment of event invites, surveys and post event analytics
- Post-event responsibilities include coordination of timely thank you communications, compiling program feedback and processing invoices, budget reconciliation, and final report of activities.
- Support Events Manager on various event projects
- Actively manage trade show calendar for all brands and lines of business
- Oversee the contracts, registrations, and swag distributions for trade shows
- Coordinate swag and/or banners requirements for all sales trade shows for all brands
- Comply with marketing standards and follow set processes for routine work
- Assist with the development of marketing processes

- 1-3 years experience in marketing or communications role
- Knowledge of professional communications and marketing principles
