What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Execute field marketing activities aligned with the Integrated Marketing Plan (IMP) and regional business goals
- Coordinate regional/local campaigns, including scheduling, communication, and reporting
- Support events, roadshows, and partner-sponsored activities using established toolkits and best practices
- Collaborate with partners on joint campaigns, events, and deliverables
- Track campaign performance, event ROI, and KPIs
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field
- Strong organizational and project coordination skills with attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple projects and timelines in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 1-3 years of marketing experience; internships and/or exposure to field marketing, events, or campaign coordination strongly preferred
- Experience with CRM, Marketing Automation software, and creative tools is a plus
