      Century Mile is looking for an exciting and dynamic role in a fast-paced, fun environment? Century Mile Racetrack and Casino is hiring a Marketing Customer Service Representative to join our marketing team.

      The Role

      As a Customer Service Representative, you’ll be the first point of contact for our guests—delivering exceptional service, assisting with player rewards programs, processing transactions, and supporting marketing promotions and events across the casino floor.

      What You’ll Do

      • Greet and welcome guests with a friendly, professional demeanor.
      • Enroll patrons in the Winners’ Zone and Winner’s Edge programs, promoting their benefits.
      • Process lottery and merchandise cashier transactions.
      • Input data, generate reports, and manage player rewards point redemptions.
      • Support casino promotions and events with setup, execution, and guest assistance.
      • Handle cash accurately and perform Micros/Lottery terminal transactions.
      • Maintain accurate inventory of promotional items and merchandise.
      • Communicate effectively with guests, team members, and other departments.
      • Assist with minor maintenance on self-serve kiosks and other machines.
      • Uphold a clean, organized, and safe work area.
      • Answer guest service calls and assist with inquiries.
      • All other duties as assigned.

      What We’re Looking For

      Education / Experience: One (1) or more years of recent and related marketing experience. High School Diploma required.
