      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Collect, analyze, and interpret data from various marketing and sales channels to assess performance and identify trends
      - Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and marketing metrics
      - Conduct market research and competitor analysis to support strategic planning and decision-making
      - Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to define goals, track progress, and measure campaign effectiveness
      - Monitor and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns, including paid media, email marketing, social media, and SEO

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 3 years in Marketing, Statistics, Data Science, Business Analytics, or a related field
      - Proficiency with data analysis tools and software, including Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Excel, and SQL
      - Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and identify patterns
      - Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present data-driven insights to non-technical stakeholders
      - Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - HubSpot certification and knowledge
      - Experience with A/B testing and experimental design methodologies
      - Proven experience as a Marketing Data Analyst or in a similar analytical role
      - Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker
      - Knowledge of digital marketing channels and tactics
