      Job Description

      Job Title: Marketing Web Designer

      Contract Type: Permanent

      Location: London/ Edinburgh

      About The Role

We’re looking for a Marketing Web Designer to join the design team at Finimize. You may have been a web designer, digital marketer, graphic designer, or growth hacker in a past life – ideally you’ve had some past experience across both B2B and B2C contexts.

You’re someone who knows how to build and code a site in Webflow and loves diving into the creative side in Photoshop / Figma. You might say graphic design is a passion of yours and you’re able to create visuals that stand out.

We’re not looking for an expert at everything, but rather for someone who has the curiosity, attitude, and tenacity to roll up their sleeves and help us empower the next generation of investors.

You’ll be reporting to the VP Product and will get a chance to interface with lots of different teams and people in the company across growth, design, engineering, and sales (we’re all friendly).

      Responsibilities:

      • Designing, building, and iterating experiences for our marketing website – promoting both business to business and consumer products.
      • Lead design of marketing collateral across brand, advertising, and CRM communications
      • Working with our marketing teams to monitor traffic and improve lead conversion rates on our marketing sites.
      • Supporting the daily editorial design for Finimize with the help of AI tools
      • Being part of an ambitious team working towards shared goals

      About The Candidate

To be successful in this role you will need (minimum experience/ requirements)

      • You’re motivated by improving business & product outcomes in an efficient way as possible
      • You have a solid understanding of Webflow and have built and maintained sites using it
      • You’re skilled with Photoshop and have experience with Figma (ie, you can speak both raster and vector)
      • You have a decent understanding of Javascript and HTML/CSS fundamentals
      • Marketing software like Hubspot, Zapier, Mailchimp etc. comes easy to you
      • You have at least 4 years of experience as a digital designer in an agency or in-house (please provide a link to your Portfolio)
      • You have some experience with Midjourney / Dall-E etc. at writing prompts for AI
      • You’re output-focused (you get things done)

Moreover, we recognise that supplementary skills beyond the minimum criteria can greatly enhance your success in this position. These skills are:

      • A team player – able to collaborate effectively with your colleagues, consistently putting the teams’ goals and interests ahead of personal ones and actively contributing to the wider teams shared objectives.
      • Strong Organisational Skills and an acute attention to detail.
      • Excellent time management skills – the ability to demonstrate exceptional time management skills by efficiently planning and prioritising tasks to meet deadlines.
      • Self-Motivation – you exhibit a high level of self-motivation and can take the initiative to identify and tackle challenges proactively.
      • You are able to take ownership of your work, ensuring that it aligns with organisational objectives and quality standards.
