      We’re hiring for a B2B Marketing Director to join our in-house marketing team on a fixed term basis until January 2025. This role can be based out of our London or Manchester office.

      Purpose of the Role

      As B2B Marketing Director you’ll sit within our central Marketing team to drive our ongoing evolution to deliver multi moment, customer first marketing activity to a range of audiences and verticals across clients, prospects and talent. You’ll be responsible for driving the B2B marketing strategy across the dentsu network and heading up the B2B marketing team. This team is in charge of creating experiences for B2B clients and prospects, driving activity across multiple channels including SEO, Social Media, Email and Paid Media.

      Being the primary contact between our in-house marketing team and B2B experts/stakeholders across the business, you’ll work with the leadership teams across marketing, events, new business and dentsu’s B2B brands to ensure our strategies are aligned to drive growth and brand awareness both internally and externally. Reporting to the VP of Experience Marketing, this role is broad with a focus both on the UK and other global regions, with importance placed on working with global counterparts as dentsu continues to push the awareness of our B2B solutions.

      Key Responsibilities

      • Own a comprehensive digital marketing strategy across the B2B brands in the UK with a focus on lead generation and Account Based Marketing
      • Drive brand migration project. Including awareness of our B2B solutions across the business and in-market, working with the wider leadership team
      • Own the marketing budget across the B2B brands, tracking actual and forecasted spend throughout the year
      • Communicate performance and plans to key stakeholders and leadership teams across marketing and B2B
      • Line manage a team of two marketing managers; you are responsible for coaching, inspiring and nurturing the team to progress in their careers
      • Drive innovation across our in-house marketing team, supporting the wider marketing strategies with a one dentsu view

      Qualifications + Skills

      • Extensive experience in working in B2B Marketing, demonstrating strategic thinking and owning B2B Marketing plans end to end, proving organisational and project management skills
      • Experience in creating connected journeys for B2B buyers (ABX) and a specialist across all aspects of digital marketing including paid advertising, SEO, Social Media and Content
      • Experience in digital analytics tracking to report and fuel experiences
      • Experience in leading a team of managers and execs, with evidence of delegation, support, coaching and direction
      • Expertise in working with both global and regional teams
      • Demonstrate excellent communication (both written and verbal) and interpersonal skills and be able to work closely with leadership team stakeholders with the ability to remain calm and professional under rapidly changing circumstances

      What we offer

      This role is being offered on a fixed term basis until January 2025. This role can be based with our team in our London or Manchester office and operates under flexible working arrangements. The team are currently in the office twice a week, on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
