What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Coordinate logistics for a year-round event schedule, including major professional sports events and athletic camps
- Facilitate collaboration with current and former professional players to manage camps and oversee deliverables
- Manage communications with agents and partners to deliver social media assets and support content coordination
- Assist product managers in the player space with timely asset delivery and ad-hoc tasks
- Track event progress and manage tasks using Jira, Confluence, and Excel
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 2-4 years of experience in event coordination, marketing, or a related field
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple responsibilities
- Excellent communication and writing skills
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers and external partners
- Proficiency in Jira, Confluence, and Excel
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Background or passion for sports, particularly football
- Experience managing partnerships or working with professional athletes
- Social media knowledge is a plus
