      Purpose and Objective:

      SAP America, Inc. seeks a Marketing Execution Expert at our Newtown Square, PA location to drive marketing activities across the customer lifecycle, product portfolio, segment, and channel.

      Expectations and Tasks:

      Provide an engaging online experience for global audience to generate demand, nurture prospects, and support and amplify the SAP brand. Utilize Digital Marketing services knowledge to support stakeholders in their programs. Evaluate, implement, and optimize innovative approaches to Marketing by bringing in a digital mindset and collaborative approach across market units, regions and global teams. Lead others to plan and deliver content build, collection, and distribution plan. Establish target goals and evaluate results for continuous improvement. Evaluate marketing channel-specific results and suggest tests and apply tactics to improve channel volume contribution and conversion that result in visits, contacts, leads and opportunities. Consult with strategic stakeholders and other team members to understand needs, propose offerings of Digital Marketing service packages, and deliver those offerings to achieve desired results. Collaborate with LoB teams and marketing channel leads to develop a buyer's journey map and orchestrate plans to achieve the demand generation objectives. Partner on user experience and A/B testing, to optimize marketing channel yield, enhance visitors' perception of SAP properties, or increase online engagement. Lead engagement with SAP Digital Tribe or other digital audiences through online conversations to understand needs. Lead moderation processes / online interactions to ensure optimal experiences. Review and refine business requirements to support platform evaluation. Execute on marketing program to attract the attention of new buyers and influencers, build demand, influence existing pipeline, and drive adoption.

      Education and Occupational Experience:

      Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field of study and seven (7) years of experience in the job offered or related occupation. Employer will accept a combination of education and experience as equivalent to a Bachelor’s degree. Alternatively, a Master’s degree or foreign equivalent in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field of study and five (5) years of experience in the job offered or related occupation.

      Qualifications/Skills and Competencies Experience:

      Experience must involve five (5) years in the following:

      • Project leader for new services integration campaign and program launches including rollout, enablement, and adoption;

      • Design and manage services and support integration planning;

      • Design, implement, and manage global services marketing program;

      • Develop and maintain marketing program through digital marketing channels, including SAP Marketing Cloud and Adobe Marketo;

      • Evaluate business, campaign, or content performance; and

      • Evaluate marketing program execution and pipeline impact.

      Compensation Range Transparency: The annual base salary range for this position is $141,525 - $240,380. SAP believes the value of pay transparency contributes towards an honest and supportive culture and is a significant step toward demonstrating SAP’s commitment to pay equity. SAP provides the annualized compensation range inclusive of base salary and variable incentive target for the career level applicable to the posted role. The targeted combined range for this position is $166,500 - $282,800. The actual amount to be offered to the successful candidate will be within that range, dependent upon the key aspects of each case which may include education, skills, experience, scope of the role, location, etc. as determined through the selection process. Any SAP variable incentive includes a targeted dollar amount and any actual payout amount is dependent on company and personal performance.
