What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop campaign creative briefs, including photo, video, and design elements
- Lead creative direction and provide feedback on major brand initiatives
- Conduct weekly check-ins and monthly brainstorming sessions with the Marketing Director
- Create compelling visual solutions that align with brand and marketing goals
- Provide tactical support by building design assets when needed
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Proven experience as a creative consultant or similar role in the marketing or design field
- Strong portfolio showcasing creative work across various mediums
- Ability to translate brand goals into visually compelling solutions
- Experience in developing creative briefs and providing direction to collaborators
- Familiarity with AI-powered tools for creative output enhancement
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience working with beverage or consumer brands
- Knowledge of video production and post-production processes
- Familiarity with emerging design techniques and motion design
- Strong collaborative skills and ability to work in fast-paced environments
- Previous experience leading creative teams or projects
