POSITION: Marketing Graduate – 2 year rotational program

The Graduate Marketing Business pathway is focused on our commercialization strategy – planning, optimizing, and growing our business. During the 2-year rotational graduate program, you’ll get the opportunity to undertake missions to broaden your experience and feed your curiosity and the chance to undertake eight-monthly rotations across the following areas:
Digital Marketing
The successful candidate will help build a Social Media Creative Playbook, compiling best practices and guidelines for creating engaging content on various social media platforms. This involves researching platform-specific content strategies and documenting key insights. Additionally, they will maintain an A/B Testing Tracker to monitor and analyze the results of creative experiments across different social media campaigns. The tracker will capture data on diverse creative elements and their performance metrics, enabling the identification of successful patterns and insights. Through this project, this person will contribute to the team's creative capabilities and gain practical experience in social media content strategy, testing, and optimization.
Retail Marketing
The person in this role will assist in building a best-in-class Tier 3 website presence under our new Go To Market Strategy (MLPX), Modern Luxury and House of Brands. This involves researching competitive platforms both in the automotive sector and the overall luxury space-specific navigation and display strategies and documenting key insights. They will also work to ensure a consistent look and feel across all providers and in sync with our Tier 1 DX platform. Additionally, they will work with our Tier 3 website providers to help roll out key aspects of our revised templates. Through this project, this person will contribute to the team's creative capabilities and gain practical experience in direct to the consumer website design.
Market Research
The Market Research function is responsible for the development, contract, execution and review of all primary and secondary consumer insights and market research projects within the US market. This role will assist in the development of primary research, as well as the analysis of secondary data from both syndicated sources and agency partners. This research will be conducted in partnership with our global operation, providing feedback, insights, and data points to the overall company- especially the Marketing Department. As support for the function, this person will have the opportunity to review, discover and report out on key insights to the benefit of the larger team and organization.
Brand Communication
The successful candidate will sit at the intersection of Events, Social Media and Product Promotions for all four of our brands. As an integrated Marketing Department all launches and brand promotions include event management, asset creation, media plans, photo and video capture, and PR, all of which required program management, photography and video asset management, and creativity. This person will support the entire team taking on specific aspects of programs, budget administration, strategy and summary presentations, results measurement, and learning elements from all marketing disciplines.
