      We are looking for a talented Graphic Designer to join our growing team!

      You will be working on primarily digital with some print and in-store display. The Graphic Designer reports to the Marketing Director and will support our internal marketing group. This is a key position responsible for supporting the organization's brand and perspective across all platforms using traditional and digital communications. The Graphic Designer will collaborate with team members to support Adams Fairacre Farms’ mission and commitment to its customers.

      FLSA Status : Non-exempt

      Reports To: Marketing Director

      Job responsibilities will include:

      • Being a conceptual thinker - has new and interesting ways to promote products and can create ideas that work across multiple channels.
      • Supporting Ecommerce/Email/Social needs with creation of content like banners, landing page designs (for Hubspot) graphics and photo retouching.
      • Designing and updating print brochures.
      • Designing in-store signage for displays for new product or promotion launches
      • Photography and video editing skills are a big plus

      • Excellent written & oral communication skills
      • Ability to work effectively in a team
      • Strong attention to detail and ability to identify typographical errors
      • Strong organizational skills
      • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
      • Ability to create and edit graphic documents
      • Strong understanding of Adams culture

      Required Programs

      • Adobe Creative Suite a must, Microsoft programs (excel and word) ability to use Mac or PC
      • Portfolio samples required.
